Home Maintenance Enterprises Offers Plan for Those on a Budget

A Niagara Falls native, Henry Walerowicz has come up with a plan that might be handy for readers.

He started Home Maintenance Enterprises about 15 years ago. His company does general repairs. High quality workmanship at great prices.

“We care to fix it right,” he said.

His crew has grown from three to 26 over the past decade. He has more than 2,000 customers.

His is, in addition to general contracting services, a handyman service.

“All I wanted to do with my company was to help people out and add a little happiness to their lives,” he said.

His plan is to provide a handymen service for people.  Where one phone call can solve all your house problems. Prompt service you can depend on. Quality service, fair pricing.

“People always complain about not being able to find an honest, competent handyman or construction guy to do small jobs” Henry said. “My idea was to have a handyman on call in a sense. It can take the pressure off people. From the smallest job to the biggest – from cutting grass to putting a new roof on – you can call us for anything.  All your large and small repair and maintenance needs fixed by a fair and honest handyman. On time done right.”

The professional alternative to doing it yourself.

Henry came up with a plan that came make this possible for most homeowners.

His is a monthly maintenance program where licensed and insured handymen come to your house and, depending on the plan, do two or three jobs per month – for a monthly fee of $90- $135.

Here’s a partial checklist of things they do as part of the monthly plan:

Paint a room

Replace a hot water tank,

Replace shower fixture

Replace a toilet

Replace toilet seat

Replace door.

Replace a sink.

Replace outlets.

Replace smoke detectors,

Fix a hole in the wall.

Reroute cable for TV.

Install a ceiling fan,

Install a window.

Unplug toilets.

Unplug sinks

Change a furnace filter

Hang curtains or blinds.

Fix a leaky pipe.

Change locks.

Clean gutters

Clean sewer,

Rake the yard

Fix a roof leak.

They will even jump start your car or tow your car for up to 15 miles.

This is not to imply that Henry ‘s company can only do handyman type jobs. He is in demand for big jobs too.

A union pipefitter by trade, Henry long ago developed a passion for construction. He went into buying houses, fixing and selling them. Home Maintenance Enterprises was general contractor for the Rainforest Café in Downtown Niagara Falls.

Henry’s plumbing company, Apollo Plumbing, did all the plumbing for the new Oishei Children’s Hospital in Buffalo.

“I love doing things that others can’t,” he said.  He could figure out how to fix almost anything.

But he always loved the idea of helping people out in their homes.

Home Maintenance Enterprises is fully licensed and insured.

“We have a master plumber, a master electrician, expert roofers, siding specialists, and skilled concrete people,” Henry said. “If its broken, if its cracked, if its rotted, we can fix it.”

Of course people do not have to be on the monthly program to call Home Maintenance Enterprises.  They get the job done wherever, however, no matter how big or small.

They are reliable and affordable. They fix them all.  And one call can solve all! Check it out for yourself. Call your right hand handyman – Home Maintenance Enterprises – at 716-310-9882.
