Nick Forster told his majority on the Water Board, “We need new sources of revenue!”
One idea brought up was to convert human waste into something saleable – it was decided that the laboratory would be tasked with the job of figuring out how to transform the waste into butter, and get it done before the 125th anniversary of the city of Niagara Falls.
After six months of work, the Water Board members demanded an interim progress report. Their lab workers reported that they had achieved a 50% success. Forster requested more information.
