The FBI and Hillary “Rotten” Clinton

Hillary Clinton, is she in trouble?

 

The FBI today is considerably different from when I was an Agent. There are some things, however, I am certain, that have not changed. For example, the FBI did not and does not conduct civil investigations involving current or former Presidential Staff members. They conduct background investigations on Presidential appointees unless the President designates the “appointee” a CZAR, and bypasses the FBI background usually because the scumbag can’t pass a background investigation. That’s like the some 30+ CZARS Obama appointed! That being said, if the FBI is investigating Hillary Rotten Clinton’s use of a personal email, unsecure server and other unauthorized methods of communication it is a CRIMINAL investigation! There are sooooo many possible violations that I would bet anyone, that the FBI is going to find Criminal Violations of Title 18! The other reason I feel so confident is because the FBI continues to be the best Law enforcement Agency in the world and would not compromise the integrity of any investigation, for political reasons. Also, when I was an Agent, we needed prior Department of Justice (DOJ) authorization to just OPEN an investigation on any politician. That was, in my opinion, because we were arresting so many Senators and Congressman, back in the day that Congress ,went to the DOJ and told them to reel us in! I remember reading DOJ directives from AG Janet Reno ordering us to obtain said permission. So DOJ is well aware that the investigation of Hillary is moving forward by FBI Agents and NOT DOJ “attorneys”, big difference! If you want to know what she could be charged with; here’s just one sample of the Espionage section, one small part of T18S793USC.

Title 18 Sec 793 US Code- Espionage

“d) Whoever, lawfully having possession of, access to, control over, or being entrusted with any document, writing, …( virtually anything)… relating to the national defense, or information relating to the national defense which information the possessor has reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation, willfully communicates, delivers, transmits or causes to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted or attempts to communicate, deliver, transmit or cause to be communicated, delivered or transmitted the same to any person not entitled to receive it, or willfully retains the same and fails to deliver it on demand to the officer or employee of the United States entitled to receive it;"

 “Is in deep poop”, (my paraphrasing, excuse the emphasis).

Okay, you’re not stupid, what do you think?

 In my humble opinion, she will in all probability be indicted for something, but being convicted as well, is a different story! She is wired, you know being friends of a former and soon to be former President, she may not be prosecuted and could do a plea deal like Michele Obama did when she gave up her license to practice law in Illinois!
