Schoellkopf Nursing Home Gets Five-star Rating From Official US Website

The Schoellkopf Health Center, a 120 room, nursing home, adjacent to and operated by the Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, achieved a five-star rating by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.

The rating was posted on Nursing Home Compare, the official U.S. Government website for Medicare which ranks every Medicare and Medicaid-certified nursing home in the country, including over 15,000 nationwide.

Nursing Home Compare (www.medicare.gov/nursinghomecompare) publishes ratings based on a health inspection, staffing and quality measures. A five-star rating is the highest attainable.

The Schoellkopf Health Center offers short-term rehabilitation and long-term nursing and rehabilitation services. All rooms are single occupancy. Heating and air conditioning levels are individually controlled in each room.
