Gabryszak Far From Alone on the Adultery Sexual Harassment Front

2003: J. Michael Boxley, a Manhattan Democrat, and a former aide to Assembly leader Sheldon Silver (D-Manhattan), pled guilty to misdemeanor sexual misconduct after two staffers accused him of rape.

2004: Former Assemblyman Adam Clayton Powell IV, a Harlem Democrat, gave alcohol to a 19-year-old intern in an Albany hotel room. She accused him of rape but later recanted.

2006: Assemblyman Ryan Karben, a Rockland County Democrat, resigned following allegations he made sexual advances to interns on his staff.

2008: Assemblyman Sam Hoyt and a 19 year old Albany intern exchanged salacious emails which were released. The angry intern accused the married Hoyt of 'adulterous' cheating on her with other interns. Hoyt released a statement: "I'm pleased to report I am happily married. No rules were broken. No laws were broken. I broke my marriage vows," he declared. Hoyt escaped punishment but was banned from having college interns at his Albany and Buffalo offices.

2013: William Collins, counsel to the Democratic majority, a longtime confidant to Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver, who ran damage control over embarrassing controversies in the Democratic legislative body, quit amid allegations he did not investigate sexual harassment charges brought by a young female staff member against a Democratic lawmaker.

2012: Assemblyman Micha Kellner, an Upper East Side Democrat from Manhattan, was accused of sexually harassing a young female member of his staff through sexually suggestive Internet chats. The case is under investigation.

2013: Silver himself was criticized earlier this year for using $103,000 in public money for a secret settlement to end sex harassment claims against former Democratic Brooklyn Assemblyman Vito Lopez, who denied he harassed anyone. Unfortunately for Silver it did not remain secret.

Lopez had to resign when word got out that female staffers' accused him of asking them to massage him and fondle his cancerous tumors.

2013-2014: Dennis Gabryszak who is accused so far by seven women who worked for him of sexual harassment. Gabryszak represents the suburban town of Cheektowaga, but was picked by Silver to chair the Rural Resources Committee. That post adds $12,500 to his standard $79,500 legislative salary.

Honorable Mention:

2008: Gov. Eliot L. Spitzer

The New York Times reported that New York Governor Eliot Spitzer had patronized an elite escort service run by Emperors Club VIP. The ensuing scandal led to Spitzer's resignation as Governor on March 12.

Spitzer had at least seven liaisons with prostitutes from the agency over six months, and paid more than $15,000 for their services. Spitzer reportedly paid up to $80,000 for prostitutes over a period of several years. Then 22-year-old Ashley Dupre was paid $4,300 in cash by the Gov. who booked a room in the Mayflower Hotel in Washington under the name George Fox.

Prosecutors charged the four people operating the escort service with violations of the Mann Act, a week prior to the revelations of Spitzer's involvement. On November 19, 2007, Republican operative Roger Stone sent a letter to the FBI saying that Spitzer "used the service of high-priced call girls" while in Florida. Stone provided detail saying that Spitzer wore calf-length black socks while performing the sex act.

"I cannot allow for my private failings to disrupt the people's work," Spitzer said when he resigned.

Anthony Weiner, a former member of the United States House of Representatives from New York City, was involved in two sexual scandals related to sexting, or sending explicit sexual material by cell phone. The first, sometimes dubbed Weinergate, led to his resignation as a congressman in 2011. The second, during his attempt to return to politics as candidate for mayor of New York City, involved three women Weiner admitted having sexted after further explicit pictures of him were published in July 2013.

Why is everyone so pissed at Gabryszak?

He is just following in the hallowed tradition of Democrats.

The Kings of Sexual Harassment

Gabryszak's inspirational mentor:

The King of Sexual Harassment of course is William Jefferson "Slick Willie" Clinton, 42nd President of the United States, from 1993 to 2001. Slick Willie admitted extramarital relationships with his intern, Monica Lewinsky, and with Gennifer Flowers. Charges were also made by Kathleen Willey, Paula Jones, who brought a sexual harassment lawsuit against Clinton and collected $850,000 from him, nude model and actress Gennifer Flowers, Kathleen Willey, who alleged Clinton groped her, Juanita Broaddrick, who alleged Clinton raped her, Elizabeth Ward Gracen, who said she had a one night stand with Clinton, and Dolly Kyle Browning, who alleged an affair with Clinton.

Clinton's denial of having sexual relations with Monica Lewinsky a lie that became the basis for the president's subsequent impeachment charge of perjury arose out of the intern sharing details with her false friend Linda Tripp, who secretly recorded their telephone conversations.

Interestingly, Lewisnki was disgraced, while Clinton's popularity soared despite his serially using women like dish rags.

So what's the beef against Gab?

*******

The other gold standard for Gabryszak would be John F. Kennedy, a "compulsive womanizer" whose insatiable urge for sexual conquests made him perhaps the king of sexually promiscuous Democrats. He had affairs with a reputed German spy, strippers, airline stewardesses, secretaries, actresses, interns, Marilyn Monroe, Mimi Alford, a 19 year old intern whom he allegedly deflowered on his wife's bed, Judith Campbell Exner, who he shared with mobster Sam Giancana and with whom she became pregnant and later had an abortion, by her account, Marlene Dietrich, aged 60, Angie Dickinson, Ellen Rometsch, a 27-year-old Elizabeth Taylor lookalike prostitute who attended naked pool parties at the White House and came to the White House explicitly to have sex with the president, Mary Pinchot Meyer, a Socialite, who was later shot execution-style in October 1964, her murder is still unsolved; Blaze Starr, a stripper, Pamela Turnure, Kennedy's wife's Press Secretary, Gunilla Von Post, Swedish Socialite, Gene Tierney, Actress, "Fiddle and Faddle," who were White House Secretaries Priscilla Wear and Jill Cowen, whose main duties were to please the president and to skinny-dip in the pool with JFK and accompanied him on "business trips" to Berlin, Rome, Ireland, Costa Rica, Mexico and Nassau. and a host of others

Poor Gabryszak, he has a long way to go before he fills the shoes of these American idols
