Singer Jon Bon Jovi, who is trying to buy the Buffalo Bills football team, recently said he would keep the Bills in Buffalo should he succeed in his quest.
Meantime he has slashed the sale price of his Lower Manhattan apartment.
Located in the New Museum Building in the SoHo neighborhood, Bon Jovi's 7450 Sq ft., two-floor penthouse which has glass walls, terraces, a lower floor with great room, wood-burning fireplace, marble baths, a dining area, kitchen, and five bedrooms with a master bedroom suite. The upper level has living and dining rooms, terraces, kitchen, screening room, guest room, fireplace, full bath and powder room.
Previously asking $42 million, Bon Jovi's penthouse is now priced at $37.5 million.
The New Museum Building, at 12 floors, is one of the tallest in Lower Manhattan. Constructed in 1897 as offices, it became the New Museum of Contemporary Art in 1996, and later converted to condominiums. Neighbors include Kelly Ripa, Justin Timberlake and Ariana Huffington.
