The Murder of a Niagara Falls Woman

Cammesoa Marie Williams
Richard Henry Moore
Tijuana Davis

'New Friends' End Woman's Life

By Frank Parlato

A woman is dead.

Her last day of life was last Saturday.

Her name was Tijuana Davis and she lived in Niagara Falls.

She was 39.

On her Badoo account, where her picture is posted, she wroteshe wants to make new friends.

During the last hours of her life, Tijuana Davis spent some time with a man and a woman she just met, who came to Niagara Falls from North Carolina to attend a wedding.

They had come from Winston-Salem to go to a wedding and they wound up with Ms. Davis during the last hours of her life.

He was Richard Henry Moore, 50, and she was Cammesoa Marie Williams, 42. The couple met Ms. Davis through a friend.

For some reason their meeting provoked an argument, then a fight that commenced about 3:30 a.m. on Saturday morning.

At first, it was a catfight. Ms. Davis and Ms. Williams and another woman, unnamed, who was in the apartment, got physical.

Ms. Davis was winning the fight, of her life.

But Richard Henry Moore had access to a pistol and he made Ms. Davis lose when he shot her in the abdomen.

Moore and his lady, Cammesoa Williams, left the apartment and got into their rental car and drove away, perhaps looking for something they hadn't yet found in the apartment.

They were not gone long. They returned to the scene and found Ms Davis, still alive, presumably lying on her stomach, bleeding, in pain.

Using the pistol that Moore used to shoot her abdomen, Ms. Williams shot Tijuana Davis in her buttocks.

NFPD officers were called to the scene. They arrested Moore and Williams. Ms. Davis was taken to ECMC but she died shortly after noon.

Ms. Williams and Mr. Moore had come up for a wedding. Now they will stay much longer. Charged with second-degree murder, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree criminal use of a firearm, their future, unlike Tijuana Davis, is dreadfully uncertain.
